Elda Estrella, the newest manager as of 12/2025, has been an immense help in my understanding the processes of office staff / tenant relations. Sometimes, all people want is to know what's happening and Elda keeps up with tenant emails / requests and explains things thoroughly enough that I found it understandable. I couldn't begin to accept the type of responsibility involved with being a 183 unit apartment complex manager. So, kudos! She has top notch customer service savvy and is, by my estimation & thus far, an asset to the Villas del Paraiso property. I moved in here because I was homeless and I had gotten a job and this was the only place I could afford. They were rushing me to move in and they couldn't figure out why, it's because everybody else is moving out. There's rat infestation problems roaches and all around just a bad living experience. When I first moved in they moved me into an apartment with the gas leak. The apartment I have now I have a severe rat infestation I can't get them in the mood to another apartment. I have held my rent and they are still not doing anything. I've had a call the health department who have responded and they said they're coming out. I've also had a call code enforcement not once but two different times they'll be here tomorrow. This has been the worst living experience of ever had in life. I have n

There are some things i liked about the apartment, it was super spacious and all. The lady had told me that it was a good area and me not being from here i believed it. I am a 20 year old girl and 3 nights ago i was getting watched by a homeless person IN MY OWN BEDROOM. A lady told me their was security going around the whole night …. their were multiple rat incidents and i had to get them out on my own. It wasn’t until i left a desperate phone call for the rat to be removed. Until the next day a maintenance man came and helped. Some office ladys are nice but not all of them . I had told this lady i had been wanting to move out said i would get a call back and never did . THIS IS NOT A SAFE AREA TO LIVE IN ! safe yourself the traffic (construction) and money .

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm, welcoming smiles from the entire team at Villa Del Paraiso. I’d like to extend a sincere thank-you to Elvira Carpio, Elda Estrella, and Steph Santana for making every step of the process feel easy — from applying and touring the model to being available whenever I had questions. The grounds and property are beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere feels more like family than a typical landlord experience. I’m truly looking forward to becoming a long-term resident.

I put in an application and they kept in touching me through the whole process, Went for my tour of the apartment and the leasing employee was so nice and so helpful. I got approved and look forward to joining our community really Beautiful there
