Villas by the Lake

Perfect apartment for someone who enjoys peace and tranquility. Very lovely small town environment in such a big city. Mason the landlord is a very respectable stand up guy that goes above and beyond for his tenants and is very reasonable.

I rented 1215 for about a year and a half. The landlord was super helpful and accommodating. Whenever there was a problem (there were rarely any), he had it resolved or fixed the same day or the very next day. My neighbors were a friendly sort and I always felt safe there. Moreover, I will very much miss that wonderful view over the lake. You will not find a better place to rent in a 100 mile radius. I guarantee it.

It was an amazing 6 years living here. It’s a bitter sweet feeling having to move, but as one chapter closes another opens. This place was truly a wonderful experience, from the view, to the cozy living space, to the great management. Would 100 percent recommend.
