Been living here for 5 yrs, the current leasing staff is AWESOME!!!! Very professional. New Manager came right on in and started doing functions which is a really great way to know your neighbors. Courtney and Lillian is very helpful as well as the young lady on maternity leave. My lease is almost up very hesitate about leaving no problems since I've been here maintenance staff is also very nice and friendly. I give 5 stars if there was a 6 I'll give a 6th star. I hope the staff stay we have had too many office staff changes this staff is one of the best

First impressions indeed make a difference as I entered ARIUM Park West leasing office I was greeted by the entire office staff making me feel extremely welcome. My leasing agent was Valerie a very nice energetic informative young lady assisting me with my apartment search of a 1 Bedroom apartment. While speaking with the leasing agent Ladonna Mondane the property manager introduced herself and stated that if I had any questions or concerns regarding the community to feel free to ask at any time. We proceeded with the tour Valerie really made me feel like home and was very impressed with the apartment shown. As we returned with the office I couldn't resist but to reserve the apartment after my long apartment search.

Lillian, the Assistant Property Manager, is PHENOMENAL! In my 2 years as a resident, she has consistently ensured my family a top-tier apartment experience--and doing it always with a smile. The maintenance response is lightning fast and the grounds are visibly well kept. If you're looking for an apartment in Southwest Houston, this is the place to be. I lived in 518. Do you like paying three times as much as normal in electricity bills? Because the quality of the construction is so bad, you will. Our electric bill ran about $250 a month in the summer, and we lived on the first floor! Not to mention the leaky roof problem. When they get around to fixing it they will just come in your apartment without any notice and start ripping up the ceiling (this happened to my upstairs neighbor). It doesn't really matter how often they spray for roaches...it doesn't seem to have any effect. They eventually get in the microwave and if you have any appliances they will infest those as well. When you move out (and you will sooner than you think) get ready to get bent over. If you have any pets they will not give you back the deposit amount as clear

i live here now. its very expensive for a 2 bedroom. we are paying almost 1400 for it. i honestly think it should be more luxury for the money. there is no playground for kids but 2 dog parks are clearly more important to them. the front gate is always malfunctioning with the remote they give you, i am still waiting for them to get these wasps nests off my balcony so i can sit outside and enjoy the weather. that was weeks ago that i put in the requests. i like that its very quiet. no break ins and the mall is right in your front door. tons of restaurants and shopping everywhere you turn. TRAFFIC!! is horrible in the mornings and evenings!! The schools that are zoned for these are really better than i expected. all in all its just okay but too expensive for my taste we wont do another leas
