Best apartment showing experience from start to finish. Tony was the agent that helped us out , very approachable and knowledgeable of the units. There was no pressure in “leasing “ but genuine investment in finding a home that worked for us. Toured multiple apartments even a little past our your tour time with no rush. Shout out to Tony , we put the holding fee down on the spot which isn’t a norm for me but I know living here , I’ll be in good hands.
Customer Service parallels to Luxury Living. Thank you so much to Tony and the team for putting residents first and making a moving transition seamless while providing comfort, honesty, and diligence. My family and I are blessed to live at Villas at the Gardens.
Love the community special events and themes. Very cute theme this month for Valentine’s day ❤️ My kids love coming in getting fun treats. All staff really friendly and nice especially Tony. He is very good at informing us of upcoming items about the property.
I am a new resident and the experience was amazing and I haven’t even spent a day here yet. Everyone in the front office is helpful and made sure that me and my son had a warm welcome. A special thanks to the Leasing agent Toni for making the process as easy as possible.
I had a appointment for 1:00 PM. I arrived only to find a sign stating staff would return at 2:00 PM. This is an immediate failure of your scheduling system and basic professional courtesy. I wasted an hour, returning after 2:00 PM as directed. The next sign read "OPEN COME IN," yet the door was LOCKED. What followed was an absolutely appalling display of customer service. I clearly saw a staff member inside. She saw me. She acknowledged my presence to another person at the desk. Yet, despite repeated attempts to open the door and my presence being acknowledged, NO ONE bothered to unlock the door or speak to me. To be seen and deliberately ignored is the worst form of disrespect. This is, without question, the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Your staff's lack of profes
