STAY AWAY!!! This Place is still nothing short of a nightmare. I have had to advocate for myself for weeks. The property manager and any agent are pure jokes of people and how they respond to any issues we have addressed in a home for these short 3 weeks. This property is NOT GATED. The false advertisement they stated is completely unacceptable. We have had multiple issues with unwanted people in the neighborhood and police activity showing up to peoples homes for issues, since they cannot fix the gate. It is open all hours of the day and night 24/7 The property manager still will not fix all issues we have brought up for weeks now. Our gate is not function at all on our back yard, since the property has “foundation problems” per the office. PEST PEST PEST! I have found multiple spiders

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Manager Ariane Maltsiniotis and Assistant Manager Dominique House was truly appalling. My move-out date was January 16, 2026. Before leaving, I paid $5,700 for an early termination fee and two months’ rent, fulfilling every obligation required of me. Despite this, I was blindsided by a $1,500 charge for painting the entire unit and additional fees for damages that simply did not exist—even after living there for three years. What’s worse, I made repeated attempts to contact management to dispute these outrageous charges, and every single call and message was completely ignored. I had an excellent experience with Dominque at Villas at Rockbrook Rental Homes. From the very beginning, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Dominque took the time to answer all of my questions, provided clear and thorough information, and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. Her customer service truly stood out—she was attentive, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. Dominque went above and beyond, and her positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. I highly recommend Villas at Rockbrook, especially if you’re working with Dominque!

Update as of July 24th, even with multiple contacts still no one has reached out to find solutions…. I moved in on July 11th 2025. Let me tell you this place is not worth your money for what they advertise. This place has been nothing but issues over the past 2 weeks. It’s not gated at all! we have had multiple cars/ people on our front porch or driving past our home slowly. Seems like we are being scoped out. The A/C did not work for the first week of us living here. There maintenance man excuse was the thermostat was on the wrong setting/ the Freon was “over charged” a actual HVAC tech came out and found it was not connected to the house properly and sucking in 130 degree attic air into the home. Lived here for 2 years, terrible experience. The pest control company never shows, you have to tell management over and over about the ants and the wasps and the will say you have to wait until they come in 2 weeks but they never do. I had to go outside and hire a different pest control company for at least 20 months. The garbage disposal continuously broke, the maintenance guy only shows up once a week on Wednesdays, and he has so many other homes to visit he might he to you that week. Just an overall headache here especially the move.
