Villas at Oakwell Farms

The longer I live here the more pleasant it is. The staff is very fair and helpful. The amenities are great and always kept in great condition and never overcrowded either. Their team is dedicated to ensuring the property is in pristine shape as they are always attempting to improve the visual aesthetics of the property, from painting to landscaping. It’s a very calm area and the neighbors are very friendly. Maintenance issues within your unit are usually addressed within the same day as they even replaced the bathtub in my unit due to them feeling it wasn’t up to their standards. All together I love this area and I personally can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience here. Stumbled across this property while searching for a new place to live. Spoke with Jordan and scheduled a tour for the same day. Despite being new to the property, Jordan provided a great tour, showing the two floor plans I was interested in, even going out of his way to show the exact two units that I would be moving into if I made the choice to lease there. The property was beautiful, great amenities, and Jordan himself was very easy to talk to. Great experience

We had several concerns during our time living here that were never properly addressed: -My husband had a dispute with a neighbor on the tennis court. The neighbor was training his daughter and mainly using the court, but still felt entitled to intimidate my husband, used gross language, and even tried to push him to leave. When we brought this up to the manager, she showed no concern or empathy and simply told us that they do not provide security. -The clubhouse was repeatedly used by outsiders and left dirty after events, particularly on weekends. -A crime was committed in Building 3, yet residents were not given clear communication or reassurance about safety measures afterward. -Pesticides were applied around the property without proper notification, which was especially concerning

Had a really great time and experience touring Villas at Oakwell Farms! Jordan was super kind and welcoming answering all our questions. Apart from it being a nice complex with high end amenities his care showed us that the management was equally as good. Coming from a bad managed site we’re hopeful that bigger and better is right around the corner. Again a huge thank you to Jordan 🤝

We did not have a great experience here, and ultimately did not feel safe living here. The two stars I am giving are for the maintenance team and the amenities (on a good day). During our time here, -Both of our cars were broken into (on separate occasions) -Reports were made to management about the lights being broken above our carport, creating a very dark and unsafe area where robbers could break into cars, and the lights were still broken when we left -The gates to the property were *always* broken -Our friends in another building on the property were robbed -Our building had loud domestic disputes throughout all hours of the night -Water to our building was frequently shut off for 1-5 hours at a time, making working from home difficult.
