Coming from our last apartment complex to this one is a total 360° turn in management! SHERI and JESSICA are amazing! Anything you need done is finished right on the spot! And maintenance is amazing also! This Place is on point! And worth the apartments and cheap prices! 100% recommend!

Strictly shady business. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you want to be screwed over a thousand different ways. The cost to live here isn’t even worth it — you can find a nicer and bigger home for the same price as a one-bedroom. They will talk behind your back and act nice to your face just to get paid. There’s nothing professional about them. They like to micromanage people’s lives just to raise the rent, when instead they should be managing their properties so it’s actually a safe and secure environment. Nothing but everyone’s cars being broken into and you being disturbed at your unit. Any complaints taken to them won’t be resolved — you’ll only be told to handle it yourself. They also like to ignore any clear communication, whether written or verbal and act like it never happ

I've lived here for 8 years, and I honestly wouldn't want to live anywhere else. The office and maintenance staff are so very nice, and helpful. It feels good knowing they are a phone call away. The grounds are always kept clean and the flowers always look beautiful.

Wow wow wow! We have been here since August and we absolutely love this place! From the maintenance team to the office staff to the cozy apartment! Everything and everyone is so so so amazing!!!

The area is so convenient if you’re looking to access any type of restaurant in the area. I also love how it is so close to the freeway. The grounds here are always kept in such good condition. There is plenty of activity areas to keep you busy. And all of them are just a skip and a jump from your front door. Staff members are very pleasant and professional any time I have needed to contact a team member, for any reason. Overall, I give it a very high rating with how pleased I truly am.
