Villas at Newnan Crossing

This is an amazing place to live! Very peaceful, full of green and you always feel surrounded by beautiful nature. The office and maintenance staff is really nice and welcoming! Especially Anne, Sierra and Jack! They also have interesting activities and events monthly! The other areas like the pool, fitness center and laundry are always clean and organized.

Love the location,and the neighbors we have. Apartment a little dated and needs a fresh coat of white paint and the walls sanded. There are multiple door frames that have damage again from previous tenets. We have had water leaks FIXED. It seems the people that lived in the unit before us did not care. The apartment smelled horribly of smoke as well. So I feel these things should have been fixed after the apartment inspected upon previous tenet moving out. However the apartment fixed the water leaks and were very nice and helpful. Love them for that. We two of the doors won’t close because door frame looks to have been painted over so many times that it is too thick now. That’s no big deal not even asking them to fix as those two things don’t really matter. But my problem with the place

I would like to begin w/ Julio our Leasing agent, he went above & beyond the moment we were introduced. He was knowledgeable, professional & very personable. There isn’t a question asked that wasn’t addressed. After we moved in he made sure Tim (Maintenance leader) came over himself to tweak a few things. Tim was friendly coming in, knowledgeable & very cable. I appreciate the attention & service from the office staff as well. So glad we chose this place. The professionalism is impressive. Thanks to all!

The community is socially and economically accessible to a wide range of activities, in my opinion. The leasing office staff are awesomely helpful, professional and friendly. The maintenance staff gets their work order request done on a timely manner. I feel safe and comfortable in this community.

Office staff sucks. They charge ghost fees and make errors on their billing statements please go over your bill each month and move out. The maintenance staff is one of the best in the area.
