AMAZING PROPERTY!! This place was awesome from start to finish. The manager Carrie was super nice and very knowledgeable about the apartments. The decorations in the clubhouse looked like something out of a hallmark movie lol! Beautiful Apartments and great staff. I highly recommend.

Great community to live at. The office staff is always so kind and helpful. Carrie is an amazing manger. There hasn’t been a manager like her on the property, since she became a manager she’s made changes that have been beneficial. The staff organizes events for residents. They just had a Resident Appreciation day for all residents to enjoy. The maintenance are on top of any work order issues I might have. They greet you and ask if there’s anything that needs to be done in our units.

Have lived here almost 3 months and I really like it. Neighbors have been really nice to me and really made me feel at home. It’s really quiet in the night time and pet friendly. Management has been super responsive at all times of the day. I would definitely recommend this place to my peers.

I lived there for two years short of a decade and just recently moved out. While being there we went through about 5 managers/maintenance teams and I cannot stress enough how great Mrs Carrie and this maintenance team have been. Mrs Carrie is such a vibrant and welcoming woman, and has been nothing short of terrific in keeping up with the complex’s needs. She came into a manager position while the complex was going downhill and items were being stolen from people and mailboxes, but as soon as she came she got right onto buying us new more secure mailboxes, got security cameras installed, changed the apartment’s gate code personalized to each person (which was never done before, so any of the old tenants could still get in), and started updating apartments to look like the “luxury” apartmen

i am a bit surprised to see an influx of “positive” reviews all in the last couple of months. it is making me feel that there was an incentive to do so. anyway, i had a lot of issues in my unit. maintenance repeatedly did a half-ass job causing me to consistently have to request more maintenance calls. there is nothing luxurious about it whatsoever. nothing was upgraded in my years there yet rent increased by $600 over the time period i was there. at one point the pool hours to changed to reflect office hours as if the residents didn’t have day jobs. there is only so much covered parking, but they allow people to leave their broken down cars parked for years. there’s this one blue/gray van by the side entrance that likely hasn’t moved in 4 years. in my experience, avoid anything owned or o
