Villas at Londontown

We lived at the Villas at Londontown for several years, and it has been a blessing. The floor plan of the townhomes is very well thought, with a nice view on the hill side (a huge plus if you have kids). The location is very convenient and close to the I-40, a gas station, the mall, the public library, and so many other places. The amenities are very good overall. A downside is that we had multiple incidents of water leaks, but the maintenance team was always professional and on point. The office staff is friendly and always ready to help you. The only reason we moved is that the family is growing and they don't have 3BR townhomes. We would definitely recommend.

This is a wonderful place to live in. My apartment is clean, roomy, has great storage, beautifully painted, and more than I ever expected when I moved in recently. The staff is friendly, caring, helpful, polite, and gives quick attention to any problems that may come up. The maintenance staff does a great job in keeping up the surroundings in beautiful shape. And the fun events that the activities coordinator does for the residents are wonderful. I recommend this place to my friends and family members. It offers a lot, for the reasonable rents they charge.

Very great experience in my year here, good accessibility in handicap apartment (with the exception of the laundry room, which can be hard to get into because of the tight corner). Never had an issue with the office or maintenance staff, they've always been nice. Pest control has come every few months, which is good, because we have seen a couple cockroaches and spiders especially in the summer, but nothing more than what you would expect from any shared apartment in the summer heat. All maintenance days are laid out at the beginning of the month, so there's no last minute repair or anything like that. Would definitely recommend!

It's been almost 3 years living in londontown, a great place to live. The office staff were very kind and accommodating, they are happy to see us whenever we came in and helped us with all our concerns. The prices are good and the apartment are very spacious with walk-in closets in a great location, close to I-40. Most of the places we wanted to get to were within 5 -10 minutes drive of us.

Moved as a student after having check just about any other apartment complex. I found Londontown to be a great price, quality place and the management was absolutely spot on, anytime I needed anything they helped me out and would often go the extra mile to make sure things were done right. Maintenance was also almost always able to fix an issue the same day I called in. Overall there was nothing about this place that I didnt like, move in and out went super smooth, and the place was super safe. You can tell its not just a college apartment looking to squeeze every penny from you or something like that. 11/10 I will move back here if I can. (note only left due to work)
