Villas At Legacy

This is the worst villa I have ever stayed in. I was told it was "remodeled". I do not know what they renovated, but the whole place looked delapidated. Main issues I encountered: -The garage door opener did not work unless I got out of the car and stood with the opener right next to the garage door. -The flooring is a safety hazard with it coming up in multiple spots in the kitchen. -A nail sticking up at the transition from the kitchen floor to the living room carpet ripped my sock and cut my foot. -The floors were so dirty that my feet would turn black. -The power cord was missing from one of the TVs Roku devices. To top it off, unbeknownst to me when booking, the owner was selling the property and wanted to show it to potential buyers while I occupied it. I have stayed at hundreds of

The Villas at Legacy in Gulfport, Mississippi is a great place to stay for a family vacation or a couples getaway. The condos are spacious and well-appointed, with fully equipped kitchens, washer and dryers, and private balconies. The complex has two swimming pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and a playground. It is also located directly across the street from the beach, making it easy to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and building sandcastles.

My wife & I stayed there for our anniv., great pools (2) with hot tubs in the front and back of facility. Work out room, grilling area, etc. Very nice, clean, gated with security. Even has a garage. Plenty of great restaurants just a mile or two away. Capt. Als seafood is our fav! The mall is 2 blocks away. The beach is across the street and there is a red light crossing. Very nice and friendly people.

Really nice area! Had a friend in town, and her VRBO was in here. Very nice, very well maintained. Friend said prices are reasonable, too!

Poor workmanship,old worn out furniture, three garages under our apartment! Cold floors, noisy garage doors going up and down!
