I just wanted to take a moment to thank Brenda in the leasing office for all of her help! She’s always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I’ve needed assistance. Beautiful units and amazing office manager. Brenda H. has been so helpful with us from start to finish. If you’re looking for a new home in a nice peaceful neighborhood call and ask for Brenda H. she will definitely help with any concerns that you may have and quickly too. Do not move here. Wasted money moving in Oct 2023. Aug 2024 AC unit went out for two weeks and it was a 100 degrees everyday and maintenance came twice to put Freon in the unit only to have it stop working again. Had to call code compliance to get it fixed then management decided not to renew my lease for October 2024. I was a good tenant and always paid what I owed even when late. Rent is very high. Predatory parking towing company. Maintenance man also made me pay $75 in cash for a washer n dryer when it was supposed to be in the unit. These people are so dirty they sent a 1700 bill to collections without even sending me a final bill to pay. If you value your money do not move here! Looks nice, but that’s all.

My experience with the Villas at Lake Arlington was incredibly frustrating due to mismanagement and broken promises. I was assured by staff that I could terminate my lease early under specific terms, which led me to make major life decisions, including moving my children and selling furniture. However, the terms were not honored, and attempts to resolve the issue were met with poor communication and inconsistent responses. After escalating the issue to the regional manager, I was offered an alternative termination agreement (which required more notice and more money and fees), which I immediately accepted. Despite this, I was later told that the agreement was no longer valid, leaving me stuck in an impossible situation. This abrupt reversal, combined with the lack of clear communication,

Don't believe all the positive reviews, they're only partly accurate. New office management Indio does not fix maintenance issues, AC unit is extremely old and inefficient. 80-81 in my living room no matter how cold you set AC, btw this result of temperature still costs over $200 for electricity in summer months because windows leak like a sieve and AC units are super old, inefficient and do not work. Indio is a joke, can't wait until my lease is over so I can end this ridiculous experience. Also, small ants, they never got that issue solved in a year and you pay for pest control supposedly. The rent of $1700+/month is ridiculous, everyone around the area is cheaper and nicer amenities. Just started using a predatory parking towing company. Too many negatives accrued to keep this place as
