I lived here for two years and I have many thoughts about my experience, but I apologize in advance for how lengthy this is about to be. Although I enjoyed the community there (people are often really nice and friendly) and found the location convenient for work and my hobbies, the experience with management has changed my overall impression of 8805. First of all, management has changed more times than I can count and trying to figure out how to contact the property manager with issues we had was difficult consistently over about 1.5 of the 2 years. Management is often not in the office during limited posted hours. Rules, specifically for our paid parking spots, were not clear and management towed my partner's car because it had a flat after an accident. We were saving up for a new tire w

I absolutely love living here! The location is simply unbeatable, with everything I need just a stone's throw away. Whether it’s grocery stores, cozy cafés, or vibrant parks, convenience is at my fingertips! Transportation is a breeze; buses and trains are easily accessible, making commuting effortless and allowing me to explore the city without any hassle. And let me tell you about the serenity—I can’t emphasize enough how peaceful this neighborhood is! Despite its proximity to all these amenities, the charm lies in its tranquility; I can unwind after a long day in blissful quiet. It's the perfect blend of activity and calm that makes everyday life feel extraordinary! Honestly, I wake up each morning excited to step outside into such a welcoming community that truly feels like home.

The property here is clean, kempt, and well laid out. There is a vegetable garden in the making. The property is safe and I love the community here. Management responds to my needs effectively and efficiently and goes above and beyond to help me. I love it here!

The office was really nice and kind and informative. The tour was quick and almost a no-brainer. And the application process was just as easy.

I have been living here 5 years and Im happy to say that I am not looking to move.
