So first and foremost. One or more of the gates are broken literally every other week. They're still using clickers at this place like yes 2005. Literally every other community in Florida is already on barcodes and may are moving to NFC. The pool being clean is hit or miss outside of July and August. The old "security" company were just awful and the new one isn't much better. They'll come bother you about having your clicker on you for the pool but when there was an actual fight, they literally never showed up. The ladies in the office are mostly unfriendly.

One of the main gates for cars has been broken for months. It doesn’t seem like they have any plans to fix it. Just ugly yellow caution tape across it.

NEGATIVE STAR Here's a list. The gate breaks every 2 weeks without exaggeration. People smoke week on broad daylight. There's dog poop at every corner. When I moved in, I found I had roaches, the screen door was broken, and my landlord told me it was a favor the owner was doing for me by letting me keep the broken screendoor. The dryer makes so much noise that it's on its last breath, yet the landlord refuses to fix it or change it. The rent is super high, and the quality and service are low. It's not worth it. DO NOT RENT HERE.

We’ve been living here for 3 years and our landlord is amazing. If I have any issues my landlord is on top of it. Maintenance here is probably the best in the places we’ve lived. I don’t mind the noise of the blower or pressure cleaner. I prefer for my complex to look clean. Our neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. Definitely feel safe with security here. I only wish some dog owners would clean after their dogs. Other than that we’ve been very happy here.

Where is the negative stars option located? PG management group are active slumlords. Renters beware!!!!! Get ready for mold filled air conditioning, improper installation of every major appliance. I lost two days worth of revenue because my a/c, dryer, and refrigerator all broke in one day. Zero sympathy from management group. When I realized hot water, front doors locks and dishwasher was broken, along with all patio screens being slit upon first day of moving in, the answer from pg management group was “ you seem to be complaining a lot, we can terminate your lease right now”. Like I said.. renters beware!!!!
