Villas at Carrington Square

Great place to live with a wide range of ages amongst residents--retired, young professionals, young families. The front office staff works hard to create a welcoming atmosphere. I really appreciate both Maria and Allie and their commitment to the residents. Maintenance guys work hard to stay on top of things and are responsive when an issue arises. Community is quiet with excellent landscaping throughout. Location is very convenient. Pool is clean and relaxing. Fitness Center is excellent for a community this size. I highly recommend Villas at Carrington Square to friends whom are looking for a place to call home.

I was looking for an apartment to move into and had a tour scheduled. Maria showed me a model house. Liked the setup. I also had another quick visit on the actual unit with Allie. Both Maria and Allie are very friendly and committed. I have been here for 3 months and no matter what issue i have had with the unit (nothing major), they have been very active and have gotten the issue taken care off as soon as possible. They are also very prompt in giving any information/update regarding any work that is expected to happen on the entire property. Also like to mention Justin, who is the maintenance guy and is also efficient and friendly. The unit itself, a 2BDR, has a nice layout and is spacious. I have lived her two years and have loved every minute. MARIA is an absolute gem. She goes out of her way to ensure that everything is great! I feel like I am a part of a big family here and love my neighbors! Maintenance is quick and efficient. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the area is quiet and peaceful. I cannot express enough how Maria and the team have made this place HOME. :)

I been living here for over 5 years now, and so far my experience is great. It feels like home. Whenever had any maintenance issue staff is always there to help. Maria and her co-workers were always there to help out on any urgent issues. Also, they used to check-in with me if the issue has been resolved and deal with me patiently all the time. Maria is the one whom I mostly reach out for help. She is really good in assisting me for any questions. She is always available to help others no matter how busy her day is in the office. I highly recommend villas at Carrington square apartments a place where it feels like home and Maria is really very helpful for assistance.

I moved in to Villas at Carrington Square about 7 months ago. Maria, in the office, was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in to get information, to the touring of the complex, to finding the right home for me, staying in contact throughout the entire process, and the signing of the lease, she did a wonderful job. I feel like one of the reasons I chose this complex over a few others I viewed, was because of her; attentive, caring, interested in what I was looking for, and help. Even after I moved in, there were a few tiny issues that came up wirh the apartment, and she was steadfast and made sure everything got taken care of properly.
