Villas at Bunker Hill Apartments

This apartment is the worst I've ever lived in. Three words describe it: DIRTY, MOLD, INFESTATION. I'm just counting down the days until my move-out. Trash always piles up at the dumpster. My apartment had a mold problem. The first time, they just tried to paint over it. Of course, the mold came back stronger, so they finally cut out the moldy area. I submitted multiple work orders about a dirty, moldy air vent, but, as usual, they just painted over it. The air vent is so nasty, with black dust coming out of it. Imagine inhaling that stuff in your own apartment. The air vent needs to be cleaned. That’s common sense. Ants are coming out of everywhere, including the walls, the air vent, and any cracks you can think of. 3 cops showed up in the parking garage last week because someone's car ha

The move was an extreme challenge as the truck we used was too tall to drive up the ramps. I noticed a more convenient place to park & unload which was next to the elevator nearest my apt. I went to the manager's office and ask if she would allow me access to the waste management entrance her response, If waste trucks show up and are blocked, they will be fined. I asked if the trucks ran on a schedule and she said they come at random times you will have to use the one main entrance. Parked at the main entrance elevator and toted all furniture 150 yards clear across length of parking and to the back of the complex Every trip. At this time of review, I do not know the manager's name else I would gladly Post it :-)

This building, despite its great location, is managed by the wrong people. The management is completely neglectful of the state of the place. Dirt is everywhere in the walking corridors, some of the lights are out, and the fans are in not in a good shape as well. Walking those corridors is very depressing, like walking through a horror movie. its so diffuclt to keep the apartment clean walking throught this much dirt. The place desperately needs a deep power wash and a fresh coat of paint, spray organic-inset repellents products, a new lights to brighten it up and make it feel welcoming and homey.

Working with Briana has been such a great experience! She made the entire leasing process so easy and stress free. From answering all my questions to helping me find the perfect apartment that fit my timing, she’s been super kind, patient, and professional every step of the way. I truly appreciate how attentive and helpful she’s been. I highly recommend working with her!

Leaving here at the Villas in Bunker Hill has being amazing. Every time I needed maintenance in my apartment they do it on the same day or next day. The location is amazing, the staff that works here is incredible. If you need an apartment ask for Litzy Vazquez to help you. Since day one she help me with the most up care and professionalism. She went above and beyond when I need to transfer to a two bedroom.
