Villas at Birnham Woods

I absolutely love living at Villas at Birnham Woods! The community is always well-kept and beautifully maintained — the landscaping and quiet surroundings make it such a relaxing place to come home to. The staff is truly amazing! Tiffany, the Property Manager, is so professional and caring . Chris in the leasing office is friendly and welcoming, and Jesse from maintenance is always quick to respond and take great pride in their work. Overall, the team here really makes a difference. You can tell they care about the community and its residents. Highly recommend Villas at Birnham Woods to anyone looking for a beautiful home with an incredible team behind it! 🌿🏡

Since the property switched to new management, Tiffany has been absolutely amazing! She’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, she’s handled it quickly and with such a positive attitude. You can really tell she takes pride in making sure everything runs smoothly. The difference in management has been night and day, and Tiffany has been a huge part of that improvement.

They recently changed management companies in October and the new manager, Tiffany, has been really helpful with everything I’ve asked for. She’s responsive, professional and seems to care about making improvements. I appreciate the effort the team is putting in to make things run smoothly again.

I’m normally not one to complain. I pay my rent on time, stay to myself, and rarely ask for anything. However, when it comes to issues involving my hard-earned money, I expect accountability. I’ve submitted several maintenance requests for light bulbs that remain unreplaced and outlets in all bathrooms that still do not work. Yet, these requests are marked “completed” when they clearly are not. When it came time to renew my lease, the property transitioned to a new system. I followed leasing agent Christopher’s instructions and signed my lease on Blue Moon on October 17th. Despite this, the portal incorrectly shows me on a month-to-month lease. Been a tenant here for over a year now. Love the property but you can tell the dynamics are shifting due to new management who has not transitioned smoothly. I have absolutely loved this property and entire stay here until recently dealing with the new “property management” who doesn’t seem equipped to handle this property at all. Such a shame they got rid of Channa - never had issues with rent, they had fun events and really made a community for the kids - new management has messed up most tenants rent, made an issue over our rent payment form demanding money order and then saying never mind at the last second, and has not done anything to pull the community together.
