Do yourself a favor and do NOT move here. This was easily the worst living experience I’ve ever had. From day one to move-out, it was constant problems, zero accountability, and maintenance that never actually fixed anything — just temporary patches. When we moved in, one of the stove burners got dangerously hot no matter what setting it was on — clearly an electrical issue. It was never properly fixed. The AC unit leaked so badly that water ran onto the floor. We were told it was “because we didn’t have a drip pan,” which was a flat-out excuse. The water was filling the entire drip pan for the water heater below it and overflowing. Instead of addressing the real problem, they just brushed it off. The shower water NEVER got hot. DO NOT MOVE HERE: Dangerous & Negligent Management. ​I would give zero stars if possible. This complex takes advantage of working class people, charging premium prices for a crumbling, unsafe building. ​Major Issues: ​Insane Utility Costs: Our electric bill stayed between $400–$500 due to zero insulation, failing windows, and an incompetent AC unit. ​Severe Water Damage & Mold: The AC leaked constantly, flooding the hallway. Management refused to install a drip pan, telling us the flooding was "normal." I found the dishwasher infested with mold upon move-in. ​Structural & Safety Hazards: The patio door had a 1-inch gap that let in freezing air; the balcony leaned heavily and felt structurally unsound. Our car was broken into, and management didn't even know if their "security cameras"

I have been here a month now and loving my apartment. It's been 27 years since I've been an apt. renter and so many things have changed. The staff has been great, very patient, kind, and so helpful. Update from 2 months ago, I am posting this review to document ongoing and unresolved habitability issues in my apartment that have persisted for the past two months, despite repeated notifications to the onsite office. These issues have never been properly addressed. I documented visible mold inside my apartment, which I had suspected for some time. Since the winter freeze around January 26, my window was frozen shut, preventing ventilation. During this period, I experienced nausea, headaches, and difficulty breathing, all of which I reported to the office at the time. Despite providing photo and video evidence, no effective remediation has occurred.
