Villagio Apartments

Other than typical housing experience from low-income housing people this place is adequate and good for housing staff are friendly for the most part

These are beautiful spacious apartments ...the management here are amazing .... the maintenance staff is also amazing .... the building cleanliness how ever is simply awful... the floors stairwell and elevators as well as the entry room to elevators is always jus trashed dohs pee in the elevators poop in them people puke in them write nasty words in the doors of the elevators people jus don't have any respect for the building .. and that is not about the management as they r trying their best to keep everything up ... but people that live here jus dump food on the floors and treat these places with such disrespect.... but I will say that the management is working very hard to het it turned around and deal with the people whom are so. Very dirty and nasty .... so is truly a wonderful build

Been living here a little over 2 year very nice here ....Pam and management are so nice ....they do all they can to keep this place clean ..it is the people who dont care to clean up after them selfs or kids ...there is some very nice people here....very quiet..apt is really nice ...I love how security is here.... I really like it here ...

This place is for low income families but don't try an work with tenants are wanna kick people out left an eite

I was visiting a friend at the Villagio and was disgusted by the dirty hallways in the filthy elevators. One would hope management would take care of an apartment complex that they charge plenty of money for! It was really dirty!!
