Leasing agent April poor customer service if you pay rent late she have a great habit of trying to expose your late notice on your door without an envelope. Will place it on your door for others see. But if she put something else on your door like a notice to all tenants like clean your dog poop up or make sure the trash make it into the trash bin she'll put it in an envelope. April is a messy person another instant I was telling her I couldn't do something because I have problems with my back and even while I'm sitting there she's speaking to her manager and saying she just don't want to do it. lies even when I'm sitting there so she just going to lie and I had to correct her. If you’re looking for an apartment, consider Villaggio on Route 66! Beautiful place and amenities. More so, that the builder is also tied in helping families through a non-profit organization Hope Through Housing Foundation.

Beautiful apts but it’s so many little bad grown untrained children in the apts but what grind my gears the most is ->The apt management and maintenance are nuisance. Every other month it’s an inspection that needs to be done such as vent check, smoke detector, cleaning dryer vent😒 (let’s be real). If you’re not home the maintenance will snoop around your apt then leave you a notice the next day of something that was none of their business. The maintenance is a spy crew around the apts also will get your car towed (maintenance follow you on the go cart from entrance to the apt location once you go in they place a yellow slip to flag the tow company). Maintenance act as if they’re working but watching everything, It’s VERY creepy and weird. It’s like the ppl who live here is on “The Truman

The manager and workers are the most kindest people ever, super excited to move in! Nothing but greatness and very homey vibes <3

My friend lives right on this historic 66 route and it's pretty awesome on the weekends, a lot of people still cruise it.
