Customer Reviews
Overall, it’s a great place to live in the Domain, and I especially want to highlight Kristiana, the assistant manager. She is truly incredible. She consistently goes above and beyond, responds promptly and kindly, and genuinely knows who I am, which makes such a difference. Her professionalism and care really elevate the experience here. The location is super convenient, especially if you have a dog. Just keep in mind that if your unit faces the Great Lawn, there can be some outside noise. Otherwise, it’s been a really positive experience.
I just recently moved in and I’ve had a fantastic experience at Villages of the Domain. Which is largely thanks to the incredible leasing and management team. Jasmine, Herme, Kristiana, and Amanda are easily the best part about living here. They have been organized, proactive, and truly helpful. Every time I’ve interacted with them, they’ve been professional and attentive, making it clear that they actually care about the resident experience here. They handle inquiries with care and always keep us well-informed. Beyond the office, the responsiveness of both management and maintenance is impressive. Any time a request is put in, it’s handled quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find a management team that stays this on top of things in such a large community. If you’re looking for a plac
The parking system for residents is absolutely ridiculous. Once, I had just purchased a new car and parked in the residential parking area. I hadn’t had time yet to add the vehicle to the system, and within one hour my car was towed. It cost me $350 to get it back. There was absolutely zero compassion or flexibility from the building management team. Last night, the same thing happened again. My friend parked in the resident area, and a few hours later I realized that I had forgotten to register the vehicle. Once again, another $350 towing fee. It honestly makes me question the intent behind this system. I’m sure the building management company must be receiving some kind of cut from these hefty towing fees, because otherwise the logic simply doesn’t make sense. You can park overnight on f
I’ve stayed here long enough to watch the quality of this complex decline year after year, even as prices stay the same or go up. The management and leasing staff are easily the worst part of living here—disorganized, dismissive, and consistently unhelpful. They send out notices with little to no warning, handle issues carelessly, and make it clear they don’t care about residents’ experiences. The parking situation is a complete joke. The security gate breaks within days of being fixed, and it always takes weeks to repair again. Their towing policy makes zero sense—if you park overnight on the top floor, they’ll tow you, but if you park on a lower level, you’ll just get a warning sticker. There’s no consistency, no logic, and no accountability. For what you pay to live here, you’d expect
I would not recommend moving here, and I’m highly suspicious of the 5-star ratings this community received. I have lived here for almost 2 years now, and the office staff (while very friendly) do not provide any reasonable fixes to the issues this community has. First and foremost, security at this property is atrocious. The parking garage gates are always broken due to non-residents driving through them to park in the rooftop resident parking. Let me clarify- to conduct sketchy business on the rooftop. There have been multiple cars I’ve witnessed with broken windows, and our own car has dents consistent with a break-in attempt. The gates to the apartment building do not work and subsequently make it easy for non-residents to enter the buildings. I’ve reached out and shared my concerns
