Villages at Spring Hill Apartments

I strongly advise against relocating to this apartment complex due to its severe mold and mildew infestation. The management exhibits a blatant disregard for the well-being and safety of its residents. Upon moving in, I was compelled to break my lease as the apartment was in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. The unit was filthy, dirty, and uninhabitable. I am perplexed by management's apparent lack of concern for the deplorable conditions in which new residents are expected to reside. The presence of flies and fruit flies was pervasive, while the carpet, kitchen, and entire apartment were dirty. I have documented these conditions through photographs. Despite my efforts to contact building code inspectors, I have been unable to obtain any assistance. I feel it is essential to warn other

Since moving in 2024 the Management company has changed. We have had ups and downs, especially at the very beginning of the management company changing over. We were not made aware of the change so that makes sense of some of the issues we had as they grew and established their Leasing team and their maintenance team. This property has some great potential and could really be a great place to live. The maintenance team is top-tier in my opinion. As I have had very little interaction with the office, I would say they are fine, but the maintenance team that they have built is absolutely phenomenal. I do think there’s some major concerns that need to be addressed as far as safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the property. But with time, I’m sure all of those concerns will be addre

Just renewed my lease, been here for an about a year and it’s been great. Haven’t had any issues besides an AC problem earlier this year that was taken care of asap. Maintenance team is absolutely wonderful and the leasing staff are great.

Marissa was great! She was friendly, professional, and made the tour quick and informative. She answered all my questions and made the process simple and stress-free.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Maintenance is slow, if ever. The buildings need serious work. Some are missing siding panels. Some are missing roofing shingles. Some have sat so long, wildlife should pay rent. They need to be renovated & remodeled. They are old & it is obvious. And instead of the owners doing better, they paint over everything & act like its normal. The walls do not sit evenly with floor & that allows open gap access to ALL creatures inside your home. SPIDERS will overtake your home. We kill 10 spiders DAILY. And they are huge!! Your shoes, boxes, anything on the floor will be overtaken by spiders. AND NOTHING will be done about it. You can complain but nobody cares. This is not a good place to live. Save your sanity & go somewhere else.
