Villages at Lake Pointe

I just want to say that this condo at The Villages is a beautiful and peaceful place to live. It’s a gated community, always clean and well-maintained, with a calm and welcoming environment. Whenever I’ve had any issues in the apartment, Miss Terry has made sure everything gets taken care of right away. She is an incredibly kind and welcoming person with a great heart. Her customer service is excellent, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel comfortable and supported. Since moving in a few months ago, I’ve had no problems at all. I truly enjoy living here and would absolutely recommend The Villages to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

Pleased to say we absolutely love our unit/floorplan. The leasing manager, Terrilyn is amazing. She is exudes a golden heart. She is very well informed and has amazing communication. Multiple locations for dumpsters and dog walking areas. Well maintained grounds and pool. We are very content living here. Its also centrally located in between the 528, 417 and 408. Its perfect!

TERRI is the absolute best! Extremely caring and she definitely is on top of everything! She makes the stay here even better!

Manager Terri has an exceptional spirit of kindness! She treats people in a remarkable way! Place is nice and affordable!

The place is pretty good , residents are good neighbors,but the manager Terri she's to old to be running that place,also she's rude ,whit the employees and residents,my personal opinion and also most of the resident we all think Terri is a bad person ,company should fire her
