Villages at Fall Creek

By far the worst place. I had to sign six leases before moving in. Also most everything was broken. No air conditioning period throughout the building which I was promised in contract. There was a boarded up window still open to the elements. Also fridge still doesn't work. Now they are trying to evict me because I refuse to pay them anything. I only lasted two days in that apartment. I refuse to pay for what I didn't get to use. I have been trying to reach someone for weeks to break my lease. no one is calling to help with that situation. when they do get a hold of you they turn around the conversation. Then never call back. The property manager Issac has gone dark and is not speaking with me. Hopefully this will get one of them to reach me. With my closing statement don't sign a lease it

Literally do not live here unless you absolutely have too and even then truly a homeless shelter offers better amenities, staff and overall care than this company and this complex ever could. Aside from the buildings being so run down it's a shock how it's even legal to rent these out to people. The wear and tear of the building destroyed several of my furniture along with constant leaks from random places that also destroyed my belongings. I cannot stress this enough unless you want to live in squalor do not rent here.

I haven't lived in this complex very long but I'm already unimpressed. Work orders and maintenance request are the property managers last priority. When major appliances stop working or are not full functional on move in day there is no follow up. Thankfully my neighbors are nice but dealing with business side of things has been horrible.
