had an amazing experience working with Tracie Brown during my application and move-in process. From start to finish, she was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. She walked me through every step of the application, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was needed. What really stood out was how smooth and fast the whole process was — I was able to get approved and move in in less than a week! That wouldn’t have happened without her communication, organization, and willingness to help. She made what can be a stressful process feel easy and manageable. I truly appreciate her support and would definitely recommend working with her if you’re looking to move here!

I was considering this apartment because the rent was cheap. Elisha called me and I gave her my situation. Every bad thing I said her response was , “I can still get you approved !” If she hadn’t done that I wouldn’t have applied. Now here we are almost a week later and still no results of my application! When I talked to her last Tuesday she assured me it would be ran before 5 because the lady that does it was working from home! Don’t listen to Elisha she’s a liar save your money

My fiance and I applied for an apartment here and were approved within a day. The application process was easy and work with management made it so much easier. They answered all the questions I had and made us feel welcome. We're looking forward to getting settled into our new apartment. Thanks a bunch to Village Walk Management.

Staff was very helpful, they were a pleasure to work with & so understanding. Mrs. Elisha Suggs is so professional & made my experience amazing. Definitely recommend the new staff & the positive direction this establishment is heading in.

I haven’t been approved yet but I’m hoping that I do. I need a secure place for me and my family and from what I see from these reviews I’m excited to work with them so far from the pictures and area it looks like exactly what I need so hopefully soon I can give my full experience thank you soon to be tenant.
