Village View Apartments

I don't normally leave reviews, but this is one of those exceptions where I felt compelled to leave one. I have nothing but positive things to say about Village View apartments, from moving in to moving out. Moving in was convenient, easy and straightforward; Jamie and Angel were always courteous and able to answer questions I had. The unit I moved into was clean, appliances in good working order and no unwanted odours/smells. Kitchen and sink was neat and free of any leftover/food scraps. Bathroom was reasonably clean, a little bit of mildew on some of the shower sealant, but was easily cleaned off with some diluted bleach. Bedroom walk-in wardrobe was spacious. Just stopped by to ask about an appointment and learn about floor plans. The woman working there was EXTREMELY rude and made it very clear that she had no interest in talking to us. When I asked about floor plans she instead brought out two binders to show the large number people waiting for a visit. She went on to say how late we are in a very insulting way. Fortunately there are many other apartments avail and everyone else was polite and nice to work with. I’d hate to have my daughter need to interact with such a rude and unprofessional person. If I owned or managed the building I would want to know about this extremely poor customer service. Saw a lot of bad reviews on other websites that I almost turned down these apartments. Thought the few good reviews were written by employees as there was so many bad ones. Took a chance, & absolutely love it. First, move in the unit was sparkling clean as if no one had ever lived in the unit. The bad reviews from years ago, I found out are from the old management before they were renovated and bought out from a different company is what I am hearing. The trash area is super clean, very quiet neighborhood, lawn & trees are always cut and fresh. Saw 2 reviews about Jamie the one I dealt with when getting the apartment that were bad saying she was rude which is what I was expecting before move in. She was beyond a sweetheart and took care of me, you can tell she actually cares about you not

Wow! Hard to believe a moving experience can be made less stressful by an amazing team of office staff and a seamless application process (mostly done online). Special recognition to Antonio who was very helpful, friendly and informative. The other office member I interacted with was Jamie who too was on top of anything! Thank you both for your professionalism and sincere help! 0h and let's not forget to mention how beautiful these newly renovated apartments are! Good location, double paned window that provide for absolute quiet, and a cute BBQ spot. 10/10 would recommend.

Good location. Completely renovated units are bright and modern with lots of good cupboard space. Laundry room is clean with good machines that also operate from an app so it's really convenient! They also have an Amazon Hub station! Office staff is friendly and helpful. Their phone lines are always busy so it's best to walk in the office.
