This place is great. The manager does so much for her tenants and knows them personally because she makes it a point to care for them and make them comfortable. (She even found out we needed a desk and bought us one!!) She is very reasonable and accommodating. The apartment itself is very cozy, an amazing location, and a great price for all you're getting. I saw a review from TJ Strong, and I am pretty sure he is the RV guy. This couple parked their RV in the parking lot (the manager knew of their tough situation and allowed them to stay for a few weeks, as long as it did not interfere with the lives of the paying tenants) despite the "tenant parking only" signs. This place is fantastic. A lot of people don't know how to deal with managment. But the managment is the best. The lady in charge has bent over backwards to care for and help the tenants. I have seen her doing good on so many occasions and then people are mean to her. People flying from overseas needed a place to stay and i saw her go to an apt and get it ready by herself like she was a caring mother. She didn't have to do that. She gives special treatment to a tennant with a hurt leg. There is nothing she hasn't done for us. Sometimes it takes time, especially during busy seasons just like any other complex. I live here with my roommate and pithing the past month we have had two encounters with aggressive homeless men that have made us feel unsafe living here. One homeless man made verbal threats at me and then proceeded to sleep in our hallway outside of another tenants door, and another man tried to come into my apartment as I was leaving for work. When we confronted management about this problem we got the response that nothing would be done because another tenant was complaining that locking the outside doors would make it difficult for Amazon packages and food deliveries to come to the door. Horrible management, it is run by a woman who claims to be a owner of the business, but clearly has no idea how to treat a fellow human. She is condescending on the best of days, and I personally have watched her talk down to and degrade her help. She had a very nice couple living in a motor home in the parking lot, they were hard workers and they had been very respectful. She bad mouthed them, and talked to them like they were stupid. She lies to the faces of her tenants and she tries to pass off any fault or responsibility onto ANY OTHER person that she can. It's so sad.

Very bad management! They do not help you with any repairs. The manager blames the landlord and he blames her! They did not return the caution deposit saying we left it dirty, but we returned it in the same condition they gave us. One of the stoves was not working, the bathroom fan stopped working and we had heating issues too. But we did not get any support from the landlord or the manager. The only way to contact them is via email but they take a long time to reply! Don't take this place unless you have no other option!
