Unreliable and unprofessional but cheap .. I had got them to manage my property with existing clients. They did come at a cheap, flat rate but little did I realise that would cost me a bomb later. They almost drive my tenant out of the property by being rude and obnoxious to them. They also were very unprofessional at fixing known issues in the property despite innumerable reminders. Larry is still knowledgeable but don't think they have done much. I ended but have to spend a ton of money to clean up after them!
