DO NOT rent from here. There are German cockroaches all the time but don't worry because pest control comes every Friday so it'll keep them at bay until Tuesday. Clothes get stolen from laundry. Not to mention, the homeless like to trash the laundry rooms for residents and even pooped in there once to which laundry was closed for a cleaning crew. Office and maintenance is closed on the weekends so God forbid, you have a maintenance emergency like flooding and call the emergency number, they're not coming til SOMETIME in the next week. They cut the water off on you without notice. I've been mid shower with soap everywhere and it's shut off without notice and turned back on at some point in the following hours still while not giving communication to you at all. I've lived here for around 5 yrs and I have to say when I first moved in it was not so good,I have not nothing bad to say about this management as far as I'm concerned Moises and Amanda have always responded in a timely manner they do what they can with what they have, maintenance are better than when I first moved in,best staff as far as I'm concerned. I only 4 stars because some of the vender's they use are no good. Preciate the hard work from you all.

Pictures of MOVE-IN day. Since they wanna charge me for damages. I have pictures and emails of all work orders and complaints. HARASS THEM FOR WORK ORDERS! Or shit will never get done. Power goes out frequently, water turns off frequently and repairs are slow. The maintenance people CLEARLY hate their job and hate working on repairs if tenant is present. Apartments REEK like cigarettes. TAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS BEFORE MOVE IN! They will try to charge you for existing damages. My main complaint was the vinyl floor peeling.(Village Square unable to fix that) But now the floor has a repair price after my move out🤣rent STARTS at $750, and they will slowly bump up your rent to $950. OH almost forgot. The pool in the community is just for show. Has been closed for 2 years for “Repairs”. Im expos

Just don't. They know about the drips in the walls. But will paint over and repair the walls. Just to trick you to move here. We have pools but we are not allowed to swim. All the maintenance are interns and they like to take turns knocking on your door unannounced. My air conditioner drips all night they told me they would fix it if I signed a lease and I did and then this guy today told me he couldn't fix it because they didn't build the building correctly. They all make excuses they cannot fix it. Sound is driving me nuts and they will not give me a portable they won't even give me a bucket for the water

This place is not affordable the rent keeps going up to many bugs. Big cockroachs, Beatles, and gnats. There service sucks I only like Amanda she tries to work with you. The pest control is a polite guy but the whole building needs spraying. When I signed the contract I was told that they would every Friday nothing about having to put in an order. And we can't even use the pool it's been two years. They have homeless people breaking in apartments. And the fire alarm going off every day. My stuff got stolen along with others.
