Village Square Apartments

We moved in about 3 months ago, When we arrived to our new apartment there was no fridge, therefore we were unable to stay until it was installed. We were told we would have credit for the days we were unable to stay but we didn’t receive it. Also, The front door would not close properly, the cabinets in the restroom were not painted and the balcony was not clean. There’s also no doors in the laundry, which is very inconvenient. I advised the manager of these things, she has always been super helpful but nothing was ever done.

Air conditioner was fix once I reported and the light at the packing lot areas been repaired too I think this administration is better than the lasts one , tanks for the service just I hope they can remplace my floor carpet for vinyl. They need remove junk cars on parking lot 😒 , been there for long time and some time I can found parking when I get home after work.

Up date.. moving in was easy and moving out was smooth.. thankful for our home here just wish they did more pest control and monthly air filter checks .. super old buildings .. Michelle has done alot since shes been there though . Moved old cars and the current maintenance man is very efficient they make a good team..

If I can give a 0 star I would! Please don't move in this apartment, maintenance and management sucks! I have a molded and rotten ceiling since I moved in 2 years ago and they didn't even budge in fixing it. I wish I can report this to higher management. And they all just wanna keep going up on the rent. It don't make sense. Its so frustrating.

The maintenance guy was super helpful cooperative guy and got his work done fast! He was also a very sweet man unfortunately I did not get his name but hopefully he sticks around for a long time!
