I was really disappointed with my experience at The Avenues at Verdier Pointe. The staff treated me with obvious bias and it felt like they were being racist(Pam,Tonya and brandy), which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and it’s upsetting to see this kind of behavior from people who are supposed to provide good service. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving how they treat all residents and visitors i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone please stay out

I've been here for a few years now and am currently debating on signing for another year. When I moved in the pricing of rent was fantastic and the apartment looked pretty good. Naturally over the years the price of rent has increase by a lot and while not bad enough to where I can't keep up it's still hardly worth the money when you have certain issues. The office staff are nice to me and tend to be pretty pleasant. Though I have had one or two times where I had to repeat maintenance requests after months of waiting. I had an issue with a small section of my bathroom wall sort of caving in due to water I'm assuming, and it was eventually repaired but it still looks kind of shoddy. My biggest complaint is the laundry rooms. I've placed countless requests to the company that fixes the mac

Worst place to live they’re nice when you first go there to do your lease after moving in they do not care about your comfort, maintenance is zero you have to call 50 times to remind them. Floor is the worst and makes no sense complaining because they will tell you it’s apartment living. I would not recommend.

I am currently a tenant one thing I can definitely say that the management team must change if you’re later on rent they don’t do flex payment. They try to work with you, but they really don’t. They put in late payments for your rent when you pay them on time they forget to do that, but they never forget to put on your door that you miss rent or a late fee when that was an error on their end And choose to not take accountability for it so either you pay the rent or you getting evicted The property manager, Pam does not take accountability for errors on her team and she forgets to put in rent late but as quick to put an eviction notice on your door once again, no accountability taken on her end. I wish we had a new management team because this one badly needs to be replaced every last one.

Here in the recording is Pam B., the property manager, talking to us in a rude, condescending, and lowkey racist way. She said at the last part of the recording that she never shouted at us prior which makes sense because we’ve never talked to her before with a concern that needs to be talked about in person. Listen to how she answered our same question repeatedly with the same answer but never tried to understand what we were trying to say. Apparently, she is not familiar with the “Addendum” they made on the contract which says, “This notice must be given on or prior to the first (1st) day of the month that they will be moving out of their apartment.” It said “…ON OR PRIOR to the first (1st) day of the month”. She made us pay for the whole July month still. We submitted the forms on J
