Village Springs Apartments at Lake Orlando

I had a wonderful experience moving into my new apartment at Village Springs. From the very beginning, Jennifer, the leasing agent, made the process enjoyable and stress‑free. She helped me find the perfect apartment, and I’m truly grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I also want to express my appreciation for Alex, the regional manager. After experiencing something very difficult at another complex, Alex went above and beyond to ensure my transition to Village Springs was smooth, supportive, and easy. His understanding and assistance made a huge difference. I’m genuinely thankful for both Jennifer and Alex, and I’m very happy to be a resident here at Village Springs.

These apartments are really nice and won’t break the bank! I recently had a tour with Leanne, who was super friendly and easy to chat with. The other office ladies, Justice and Jenn, were also really friendly and helpful the whole time.

I have posted a review and here is another one everyone needs to know how horrible this place is. The kids and families are Amazing but the management team HORRIBLE. This leasing office comes off extremely nice and welcoming when they want you to move in, but that attitude completely changes after you sign the lease. Once you’re a resident, there is little to no follow-up to make sure everything in the apartment is okay. If you point out problems that need to be fixed, it often feels like they simply don’t care. I even had to go as far as contacting corporate for the property management company just to get a response about my concerns, because the leasing office would not respond or follow up with me directly. The office staff has been so helpful and great to me since I moved in here in the middle of November. I had unexpected medical emergency and they have been so accommodating and patient, and even engaging with me through my whole ordeal. And that has been such an amazing and comforting help to me through it all that you couldn't even imagine. I thank them to the bottom of my heart ♥. It has been a pleasure living here so far. There maintenance team is always punctual and available when putting in a work order to be done. They get to it right away and there're just as amazing. Thanks alot for being a great place to come home too.

Resident for over a year, This automated system they need to update, The maintenance team and other workers here are terrible. I get dozens of these “how did we do?” Surveys yet nothing has been completed. No AC in 6 months. There is mold and roaches and place prob no good for health. The leaf blowers drive me insane. (I work nights though) They never heard of a rake of garbage bag or wheel barrel. They will just blown crap all around and all over your car or apartment, they have zero regard for our vehicles. The pool hasn’t been open since I moved in in Dec 2024. And that was part of reason I moved here. I can show example of how their team will repair an outside light. Update 2/17/26: I do like it here and my neighbors I like so raised my review to 4 star. After the original post my AC
