Manager is very disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. Screams, yells, and threatens tenants with eviction for staying on her about repairs, and belittles them in front of others. Edit: I'm sorry you feel that asking questions is abusive. I feel that screaming at someone over the phone and hanging up on them, then screaming at them across an office in front of other people for asking questions, on two occasions, is abusive. Hopefully the manager was just having a bad day, because she had been pleasant until then.

Lived there for a whole year. Our upstairs neighbors flooded their kitchen, and it drained down to our wall. No one ever came to fix it. They came by to look at it and were like, "Yep. That's water damage." It ended up molding and we had to live in that until our lease was up. Never again.

The new lady in the office with the blonde hair is prejudice she take your money and try to charge over charge you I had the government help me pay my rent during the pandemic how do I still owe $900 when the pandemic was nothing but 3 months because she overcharged me and won't change it

I would definitely recommend these appointments for ainy one looking for a safe comfortable place to stay plus customer service is awesome (Rayshonda)

It's very quiet and looks abandoned but it's ok for now
