Genesis has create customer service, and a very pleasant attitude over the phone and in person. Be sure to schedule TOURS as they seem to be real busy on the day I went, and it was only Genesis working on that day. There's 3-4 different style homes, and they are income restricted(depends on how many people will be on the lease).

I have lived here for about 8 months. I was one of the first residents to move into the Southgate section. I have witnessed all of the improvements that management is making. It may be a slow process, but there is only 3 of them, and the manager Revia is on top of things. When I applied, Lydia helped me. She was really nice and a great help. I haven’t rented in probably 30 years, a lot has changed, but Lydia’s knowledge and patience was amazing. Management and maintenance ALWAYS address my concerns, and I can be a royal pain in the butt. Even so, they are always patient and friendly with me. I love my apartment and I’m so glad I moved here

The leasing office never answers the phones and they’ll leave early even when they have viewings scheduled. They use a separate company to schedule their viewings. I used this to schedule mine then the day of, I showed up on time and there was a sign on the door stating they had left for the day. The professional thing to do would have been to contact me and let me know this instead of letting me drive 40 mins all the way there to see the sign on the door. I attempted to call the actual leasing office for days and left voicemails only for them to not return my call or answer their phones. I even tried calling the separate showing scheduling company and they told me specific times I could call that they should be in the office (between showings). Malachi that work in the rental office is so professional and he goes out his way to help and make sure everything is done in a timely manner. I have gotten 2 people over there and will keep sending people because of him and because of the apartment complex. The new manager Reva and Malachi along with team are Perfect. I been here since January 25, 2023. The first time I’ve seen it look it’s best and it’s so peaceful. I don’t mind sitting on my porch and don’t have to worry about negativity or violence. Just wanted the office to know thanks for being respectful and helpful during my stay at Park Vu, can’t wait to renew my lease
