I had a few tours with Village Realty and all the apartments I viewed were so lovely. Megan asked me about what was important to me and she really took the time to help me find the right place that fit everything I needed. I can't wait to move in! Thank you Village Realty. You are the best!

A System Built to Wear You Down Village Realty appears to care more about profit than honoring lease agreements or respecting tenants. At Raindance, I was personally offered compensation for a 5-star review, which made me question how they maintain such high ratings. My time renting from them was marked by unresolved issues, ignored complaints, and a general lack of professionalism. At one point, they changed the lease terms without my consent by applying a concession that altered the agreed-upon monthly payment. When I issued a formal 7-day notice to cure due to ongoing issues, they responded after the legal deadline and claimed the problems had “resolved themselves.” They then refused to honor my lease termination. This place is horrible , I took the managements word that this apartment would be ready to go for me and my 3 daughters , since the hurricane we’ve been living in hotels and with family members because our house flooded .. so with all of that going on I just paid the money without looking at it and taking the management company’s word but boy when I tell you guys this is a big lesson learned the apartment was disgusting roaches , dirty , cracks in the floor cracks in the ceiling , rusted fridge , soap still in the tub the tub was unbelievable.. so as I discover that this place was not ready I go immediately straight back to there office to tell them what I experienced, KAT tells me big mistake you shouldn’t pay for anything you don’t look at …mind you I went off of her colleges word so I

I just toured 3 properties that were nice.... Megan was sweet and helpful, we had to pass by the office to pick up a key for a unit I wanted to see and I met the people who work there. They all seemed nice, hoping I get approved to move in!! ::fingers crossed::

The property manager by the name of Kat is very unprofessional and very rude. She speaks to people very poorly because of this wild behavior. My company has decided to use another property management company that would better service not only myself but my tenants as well.
