Amongst everything else Pettinero seems to be making better, their older properties like Village Park at Palladin or Palladin Club with "amenities" is anything but an amenity. Just because you advertise you have these things doesn't mean you care. You're forced to pay a $100+ fee when you move in before you even touch a tennis court or the club house fitness center or basketball court. They clearly don't care about keeping tenants- young, old or in between who care to stay in shape. With duck taped seats on 15-20 year old gym equipment, a game room were the air hockey table doesn't work to the visibly unkept tennis courts outside- you can clearly see where Pettinero is putting their focus. After two years of asking, begging for updated/safer equipment in the fitness center & a cleaned up

I’ve been living here at Village Park for three years and it was a mostly pleasant experience until the change in property management. Sheris is rude and unprofessional. When I’ve called to express concern or ask a question, which is very rare, I’ve always been greeted with an attitude and annoyance from her. Mary on the other hand is pleasant and professional. Not sure what happened to David, but he was pleasant and professional as well. I would say to reconsider if you’re looking to move here. Although the units are nice and spacious, we often have water issues 3-4 times a year - has happened every year since I’ve moved in. When this happens we are out of water for an entire day. Along with the property management and hike in rent ($200+ for me) this complex is no longer worth it. When I

I have family members who live here. The apartments are wonderful, but cars are being broken into at an alarming rate. Management keeps saying they will get surveillance cameras installed , but have failed to do so. As much as my family members love the actual apartments, they are planning on leaving because it just doesn’t feel safe anymore. I’ve been to the apartments and was hoping to possibly move there in the next couple of years, but not now.

They respond to maintenance after one week Gym equipment are very old if your just getting into fitness DO NOT use those equipment you will hurt yourself. The apartments walls are very thin you can hear everything from your next neighbors. swimming pool doesn’t have enough chairs and it’s managed by a different company $375 a year. The new leasing manager here is very clueless she cant solve a single problem you approach her with. Her excuse is “ I don’t know anything I was on vacation”.

I heard about Village Park at Palladin from a friend who says that she has not had to deal with the new property manager but her experience has been pretty good and she recommended I fill out an application. I filled out my application, paid the application fee of $50 and the apartment hold fee of $250. A week passed by I heard nothing, so I gave the property manager Sheris a call. I explained I haven't heard anything and I've completed all requirements per the website. She said someone would get back to me in 3/7 business days. That did not happen, so I gave her another call. At this point she was irritated by me calling, I apologized for bothering her at her job and asked for there process after putting in an application. She told me "she explained the process and I should wait to hear b
