If I could give zero stars I would Living here has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The rodent problem alone should have been treated as an emergency, but it never was. We dealt with rodents over and over, and every time we reported it, management acted like it wasn’t serious. There was no urgency, no real solution, and no permanent fix. It was a clear health and safety issue, and they still dragged their feet every single time. On top of that, the unit had mold, which is another major health concern—especially with children in the home. Instead of treating it urgently, management responded with the same slow, dismissive attitude they showed toward every other problem. Village park apartments is shady business. In these days in age where every single thing is done virtually, this business wants people to write them letters via snail mail? Really? why?. I will tell you why because they are shady and thieves who prey on needy and poor people. They never ever ever answers their telephone, no matter what time of day it is. Apartments are hot with no AC's that is why i left. Now this shady apartment complex kept my security deposit plus they sent a bill to collections for over 5k. I toured Village Park Apartments and had a great experience. The staff was welcoming, answered all my questions, and made the process easy. The property was clean and well maintained, and the apartments looked really nice. Definitely worth checking out.
