Village Park Apartments

In general the grounds is very nice, well kept from a visual perspective and peaceful. However, maintance is a joke. I went six months and till this date he has not fixed things that I reported upon moving in. Things that I have complained about multiple times. The heat did not work most of the winter and the air has not worked all summer. If I actually had the things that I'm paying for (heat, air, mantaince) this would be a lovely property but I am about quality not quantity. So I will most definitely be renewing my lease somewhere that will cost me more a month but will accommodate my needs

No problem, apartment on move in clean and maintenance has been good. Very quiet, decent, trendy neighborhood. Accessible by bus for those without transportation.

Great apartment, clean and presumably quiet. Ample lighting with gated parking.

Reopened this winter after thorough renovations. Looks like federal grant money involved.

Appears to be well maintained.
