Village On Mercy Apartments

Not a bad place honestly. They take good care of my mother who I overlook. The manager Gloria may seem strict but I know she only trying to make sure the neighborhood is safe. She inforces safeness in the hallways and other inappropriate things. She’s definitely strict but I think this place needed it. Some people lack common sense and will trash the place if you give them opportunity. Cops are always around. They have local events for kids every so often and have great churches local that are willing to help with food ect.

There's no wrong with management at this place It's the people who live here who love a dirty place People don't like the rule and want to blame the office Office management is always on top of everything The area is always quiet Maintenance always keeps track of cleaning the hallway People don't like to clean up after themselves Security on point there are cameras all over the building in the hallway and staircase all 24/7 surveillance

The worst place in Orlando. It's dirty. No safety or security. There is so much wrong with these place. Management are a bunch of clueless gaslight who hate this place. Jeff Bezos has a school here and we still can't ascertain the reason for this obvious unwanted invasion

Management has very poor mmunication unless you don't pay on time then they will evict you the next day!

Nice place to live and perty much safe.
