Village on Broadway

Very friendly and helpful staff! Tatiana is great to work with. She answered all of my questions during my guided tour. The floor plans are simply amazing. I needed a two bedroom on the ground floor and luckily they had one. It’s so cozy and welcoming that I felt right at home. I cannot wait to move in!

I recently had the pleasure of moving into Village on Broadway, and I can honestly say this place has exceeded all expectations. Ever since the new management took over, there’s been a noticeable positive shift — especially in how the staff operates. Their service is friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring. It’s clear they’ve made customer experience a priority, and it really shows. The property itself is absolutely adorable. The aesthetic is cute without being overdone — tasteful touches everywhere that make it feel cozy, inviting, and unique. The landscaping is well-maintained, the common areas are clean, and everything feels fresh. The office staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. It’s clear that management truly cares about the residents and keeping the property in great shape.

If I could give zero stars i would. My family and I moved out after our rent was raised drastically. Moved out got charged for utilities that was paid in august for July and mind u they doubled them. Mind u for the month of august we paid over 2g and that covered all utilities. Come moving out we was denied a walk thru that was requested then they took advantage of us. The apartment was clean as clean can get and they claimed it was dirty. Management is very rude and careless. I will be posting pictures for proof that my apartment was cleaned and they scammed me out of my deposit. Pics to prove check them out.

I've had a great experience at Village on Broadway. The office staff is always friendly and quick to respond to any questions or maintenance requests. My dog absolutely loves the dog park — it's a huge plus for pet owners. The apartment itself is comfortable, well-maintained, and feels like home. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a welcoming and pet-friendly community.
