Village of Pennbrook Apartments

Absolutely terrible apartment complex. The parking system is incredibly inefficient and makes it difficult to have guests over or to have parents to come and visit. The parking is just another way that this establishment, nickel and dimes you into taking more of your money. Already overpriced as it is, adding the parking spot charges on top of it makes this one of the more uninhabitable areas I have ever experienced. Make sure to do your due diligence before signing any contract with them because they will try to scum you. This property is also located directly next to a dump, just in case you have trouble smelling the crap that pennbrook is trying to sell to you. Me and my sister tour here today and Martina Cervino was wonderful. She had answers to every questions. She was amazing!!! We walked in and got a tour on the spot didn’t have to make an appointment. She gave us tour for a 2 bedroom and a 1 bedroom and when I tell u they were amazing from the space to the decor in the rooms. Our conversation about the apartment was flowing, it wasn’t force. It was like talking to a friend. I find I can give her more than 5 stars I would.

I love Martina Cervino, she’s great at what she does. I and my sister came here today, looking for an apartment and right away Martina helped us out. She answered everything Questions and concerns we had. We walked in and got toured, we didn’t need to schedule a tour. We felt welcomed and excited right away to move in. I’m looking forward to moving here at The Village Of Pennbrook and seeing Martina Cervino again. I love her spirit Thanks again Martina.

My experience here has been extremely disappointing. The service is consistently bad, and the management clearly has no interest in helping residents or resolving issues. Communication is poor, problems are ignored, and the overall organization is chaotic. Based on what I’ve dealt with, I would not recommend living in this apartment complex. There are much better, more professional places available—save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

The worst place you could possibly live they sell you a dream to you move in then your stuck tons of hidden fees a day late and they will have you in court every time a day late and you will be paying $200 dollars and also any other hidden fees they come up with maintenance does absolutely nothing majority of the time they drive around all day on there little golf carts playing on there phones they do not fix anything and if they do come to fix anything it is not done correctly the interior paint and and caulking and everything else looks like a childs done it I've been here about 6 months entire upstairs balcony is completely rotted from underneath all beams are bad just waiting for it to fall since they were told numerous times they could care less is the problem one thing after the oth
