The City needs to be called and owners should be legally fined. There’s so much to imply on how bad this complex and management is but to sum it up I’m currently going to a year breathing mole from the carpet of my room that they have concurrently bypassed and ignored thru out the years previous to me living here. It’s hazardous, it’s deadly. The apartment was given to us as if the last vacant had just moved out 3days ago. No repairs, no paint job, broken cabinets as well as broken tile floors, there’s no baseboard whatsoever in some areas of the apartment causing insect infestation as well as water damage from heavy rain. Room closet had an ant pile, yes you heard right, and ANT PILE on the day of moving in our belongings and furniture. Rent has been raised which is definitely unreasonabl

Terrible place to live in !! The manager does not know what she is doing and the landlord is not involved at all . No parking space what so ever .. and it seems as if the landlord has a contract with the tow trucks because they will tow your car in a matter of minutes ! I do not recommend this place at all !!

I been living here for like 7 years,it was okay a couple years till new management came,the new guy in the office is a sorry ass landlord,he never wants to fix anything and then when he does try to fix something,it takes them a whole week or 2,we have had problems with roaches to rats,the parking is horrible here cause if you park your vehicle in certain spots,they will tow you,so I had to leave my car in the garage,the landlord only shows up the 1st of the month just to collect money and he's a very demanding person when your late on rent,for anyone moving here,don't come here,these apartments have been run down since new management,we even had rats chewing through our garage walls and we ran into snakes in our household 2x while living there

Worse apt on west Airport. Can't get repairs,no parking for visitors and grass is cut once a month
