Village of Culpeper

Run far away and don't look back! I lived here unfortunately for 12 yrs and I saw this place go from pleasant to complete garbage. This place is roach infested and they do nothing about it except have someone randomly show up to spray one spot every once in a while. Nothing gets fixed quickly unless its air conditioning related. They have shady people living out there now that sell drugs and nothing is done about it. I felt uncomfortable just walking out my door with my kids. The property manager is hardly there and if she is she mostly locks the door and doesn't answer the phone. Please look elsewhere and I promise you won't regret it and if not don't say I didn't warn you!

I was in the area looking for apartments. Seems quiet, thus far so good, we'll see how the neighborhood is once I spend more time there.

Nothing gets fixed around here but they want to get paid maybe I will call the right person for the job because this is BS.
