I just want to take a moment to share how wonderful the maintenance team has been during my almost three years of living here ,especially Dre and Gage. They’re always so considerate and mindful that I have a dog, and they kindly call before coming by so I can put him away, which I truly appreciate. Whenever I’m out walking Dre and Gage, always smiling and easy to talk to, and those little moments really mean a lot. I’m from the South, so knowing your neighbors and feeling a sense of community is something I truly value, and that can be hard to find these days. On top of that, Dre and Gage take care of things in a timely manner. Overall, I’ve had such a positive experience with the maintenance team.

(2nd part of my review) Apparently, my intent to vacate pissed her off even more, so she started to add on more fees!!! Who the hell charges $343 extra on top of all them fees/ rent, on a the month-to-month ? What’s even more crazy? My deposit was $3800 upon move in. I told her she could keep it to cover the remaining ONE MONTH before I move. This witch, had the audacity to send me ONE threatening letter to take me to court, posted that letter so future landlords can see it. And on that letter, she proceeds to say I disregarded the previous “LETTERS” she only sent me one letter. I shouldn’t even be paying you rent witch, but I value my credit, and my reputation so this is why I’m going to fight this, I don’t care if I have to take it to the Supreme Court I was wronged, harassed, financiall

We rented a 2B2B apartment, it was spacious & had plenty of storage space. It is a friendly neighborhood, close to all convenient stores. Our lease term was for 1 year and we never faced any bad experience living here. The Kitchen had the upgraded stoves, oven and Microwaves. **Other Perks- Renting Clubhouse for private functions, $20 monthly for covered parking, Small Gym, racquetball court and swimming pool makes it a plus. Lindsey & Shantae at front office were responsive most of the time. **Things to improve** Response time for general services & maintenance are long. Each time we had to call/email the issue which is time consuming & difficult to track. The bushes & weeds were not maintained regularly. I had to email few times to get these trimmed.

Where to start! This place is the real deal, it’s professional clean and organized. Here’s my take so far, I’ll update in 6 months, but this place having a 3 star? The math isn’t mathing. it deserves a whole 5 or maybe a 4 you can’t please everyone. Office: Shauntae is a QUEEN. She really helped me feel grounded, in the whole process which can be stressful. Having to relocate quickly with limited options my trip to village of canton was a spur of the moment and from the tour to the lease signing I felt assisted, and heard, Shauntae was compassionate and patient and most importantly she was professional, I expressed what I was looking for and she provided me a great studio to call home! She really did a great job and I feel comfortable to reach out to the office which is something I rarel

Maintenance rep Andreaus is ALWAYS very helpful, kind, and professional. Helps manage coming for repairs on my schedule which I appreciate. Maintenance rep Mike is always kind and helpful too!
