Village Oaks Apartments

I moved into these apartments last year and I’m very happy here the manager is very nice respectful and helpful also the maintenance people so far yet this is the most amazing apartment I’ve lived in

I’ve been here 8 months now and the manager is so helpful and patient. Ms. Sanchez is very professional with communication on the easiest to more sensitive of any issues that may arise. She is thorough with paperwork and explained everything to make sure I understood what I was signing. I haven’t had any problems with living here thus far and love having my own place again. Thank you

These apartments are very nice and affordable. The only thing I would have changed is trying to be nice and actually throw all our furniture and trash in the actual trash can because we seen the maintenance lady having to pick up trash that people lay outside of the apartment every single day. But instead she spent the day digging our furniture out the trash can. Then going to charge us. If I would have known I would have just threw all our furniture out on the side like everyone and got my money's worth of bulk item haul and not have wasted my time breaking down our furniture. I would suggest to just wait until the middle of night and throw it on the side like everyone else do. It's a time saver.

What can I say? Well, the manager isn't friendly and tow happy, careful with your cars, she will tow them. It takes forever to get anything fix, like the machines in the laundry room. I lost money from those damn machine! It took them 2 months to fix my issues in my apartment. Cockroaches are always fun!! Especially when one crawls on my face at night. I hope your good with you're book keeping, because they aren't. You will get notices that you owe them money when you don't and you have to comply fast or you can get evicted. The apartment use to be nice and safe, now there's homeless druggies that hang out in our apartment and break in. I'm just saying, if you move in here, make sure you have your car parking pass and current tags and some bug sprays, security systems and be the squeaky

Stopped in for a quick visit with my brother in law Michael L. Very clean and safe. Children were playing outside , riding bikes and playing with their friends.
