Village North Apartments

I recently moved out from Village North Apartments after leasing for 1 year. Although my time there was short, it was a great experience thanks to the Property Manager, Jessica Matthews. Jessica made my application process, move-in/move-out, and everything in between such a seamless and efficient process. She took over the property management right before I moved in and has completely transformed the complex. The maintenance team was always quick and efficient as well. If I wasn’t moving to a new city, I would have definitely resigned my lease. The management team communicates well, the rent is affordable, and the complex is peaceful. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the start, Sharonda, the leasing manager, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the transition smooth and stress-free. Jessica Matthews, the property manager, also went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Moving from my house to an apartment after so many years was a big change, but the team made it an incredibly positive experience. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a welcoming and professionally managed place to live.

Mrs. Sharonda made the entire process a breeze. She was very patient and understanding. Clear, direct, effective communication from the beginning (application process) to the end (my move in date). Neighborhood is quiet and the upkeep is top tier. If you’re looking to move into the neighborhood, Mrs. Sharonda is the go to person!

I’ve been a resident since 2020 at the north property, and honestly it’s a way better place to live since Jessica and her team came in. Nothing happens overnight but I do see the difference!!! “Thanx and keep it up”

I’ve been here 5 years! Since Jessica Mathew’s (property manager) & Sharonda Robinson (leasing manager) been here they are outstanding ladies! They have change this complex around tremendously!
