Village Lakes at Lake Orlando

This is, without question, the worst apartment complex I have ever rented from, and I strongly urge anyone considering living here to look elsewhere. The parking situation alone is a disaster spots are randomly assigned to some apartments and others have to hope to find a blank spot. There is no enforcement or organization and its filled with pot holes. My car has been scratched and now towed twice. Management offered zero help, accountability, or empathy. The office staff is consistently rude and dismissive; the only people who showed any decency or professionalism were members of the maintenance team. On the day my mother was scheduled to move in, management nearly refused to allow it because their staff had her move-in date incorrectly listed for the following day. They expected a 71-

If I knew what I know now I wouldn’t have moved in here. (It’s a lot of hidden fees.) Cabinets and the carpet in the apartment is crazy. I have sink holes in my apartment floor 😩 tubs is falling apart kitchen sink got a big gap from the counter to the sink with water seep through everywhere you look you see little mole spots. I can go on and on. The only good thing I could say is that my rent is reasonable and if I have an issue maintenance is here but they just do a half ass job

Went to tour the Village Lakes Apartments and had the privilege of touring with Ms. Tyairra. She did a great job of understanding what I was looking for and providing information. She was very patient and kind to me, and is even arranging to reach out to me when another floor plan becomes available to tour. Very professional, and personable. The apartment complex itself seems to be very clean. The outsides look good, and so do the insides.

Brandon was very proactive and explained everything to my understanding. Anthony followed up with the patio door and it has now been fixed. Great team work!
