I really like VG for several reasons. The management—especially Kate—is highly disciplined, organized, and very responsible. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the team always shows up quickly when something needs attention. The rent prices are reasonable, and the apartment quality is noticeably better compared to other options in the area. There’s also plenty of parking available, which I really appreciate. At times, we’ve had some challenges with a few neighbors being noisy or not very considerate. However, management took those concerns seriously and addressed them by communicating directly with the tenants involved, which I found reassuring. Overall, it’s a well-managed and comfortable place to live with good value for the price.

Looking for somewhere to stay in MA but this will NOT be it. Management (Kate and Mike) are wicked unhelpful, unwelcoming and not the slightest bit friendly. There are flyers all over the place regarding stolen packages and maintenance needs a serious upgrade. I will certainly be steering clear of this place and looking elsewhere.

One maintenance man (not really skilled) for the entire complex?? Takes weeks/months to get anything taken care of! They need to hire more people and pay them better or the frequent turnover will just continue. The woman in the office is good but I have the feeling she, too is overworked and underpaid and won’t last long. Management, owners: Don’t be « penny wise, pound foolish. ». Get good people and enough of them, pay them well to keep them! Get the hallway carpets and elevator cleaned and maintained! Some of the stains in the hallways are really disgusting. Put some secure trash cans out! We really need more and better maintenance people!!! Cheap carpet, paint and appliances. I wish we had rented somewhere else!

The ladies in the office try their best to be attentive and resolve issues in a timely manner. They make everyone feel listened to and heard.

We called at different times on four different days but the mail box is always full. Submitted an online application and tour time. Got confirmation of our tour through the automated system. However, upon arriving at the designated time, the main office was completely locked. We met a few residents who also couldn't get in and said the place was also poorly managed. Edit: Based on the reply to this comment I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to call a couple more times today at varying times, but still haven't gotten in touch with them. "The mailbox is full." I ended up finding another place.
