Village Green Apartments

I have lived here for 4 months now. The grounds are so clean and well maintained. The amenities are a huge bonus (gym, pool, basketball courts, etc.). As well as a nice community room. It had been quiet and people I’ve met so far have been friendly. I spoke with Emily when touring the grounds and apartments. She was friendly and helpful. There are always maintenance staff around taking care of things. I’ve read a couple reviews about rats but haven’t come across anything at all. In my opinion, my bldg/area is super clean and I would recommend living here (& have) to anyone looking.

Been living here since Oct 2025 and so far so good. I don’t have any complaints as it’s only been a few months. I love my apartment and I love how fast maintenance request are handled. My leasing agent MJ was the best ever, she handled everything with care and made sure that I was in my apartment as fast as possible with no issues. The community is super well kept and the amenities are worth it in my opinion.

I am truly happy to be part of this community. The office staff is always ready to assist me with all my requests, especially Mikal Nance (MJ) and Justin, and all the staff at the CHR community. From my very first visit last September to this community, when I was looking for a place to live, Mikal Nance (Resident Services Professional) was the first person to greet me and give me a tour of the property. Village Green has no interest in the well-being of its tenants. I've lived here since 2020 and my experience used to be very pleasant. The walls and ceiling/floors are horribly insulated and sound travels across like it may as well not be there. Rats scurry in the walls every winter. Previous upstairs neighbors caused no disturbances even when one owned a large pitbull. However the past few years with new upstairs neighbors has been a nightmare. Violent outbursts, shouting, slamming, jumping, throwing objects to the floor. At any hour of the day several neighbors and I are subject to noise disturbances that cause considerable duress, often lasting hours. The property is beautiful and clearly well kept with the lawn care. The office staff is really nice, it's refreshing speaking to actual people and not an answering machine. They had great open communication throughout the application process and made the whole thing a breeze.
