Village Green Apartments

I just recently applied here cause I am need of housing after a local rapid rehousing program failed to meet what they claim they will do for you in their mission statement. The woman in the office was so kind and her smile is so warm and welcoming. I forgot to ask her name but just her kindness made me feel as though I would be comfortable living there after having some mixed feelings about it and the issues I knew village green used to have over the years. They seemed to have cleaned the place up and that makes me hopeful!

DO NOT GO THERE FOR HOUSING!!! I lived there for 18 years. Never missed rent, never caused any trouble. I decided to move out after the ownership changed because things were getting bad there. Now they are trying to come after me for an insane about of money saying I moved out several months after I actually moved. DO NOT GO THERE FOR HOUSING!! They are crooked!!

Electrical contractor did work in August not get paid till April. After having to file a law suite Stay away they do not pay there bills on purpose Dead beats

Nothing but amazing experiences here… Maintenance is incredible, the landlord is super kind and sweet. I’m so glad I came here.

Do not do any work for this place..they do not pay their contractor...i will be filing a civil suit to collect wat is owed to my company
